SKINN E-Gift Card – Terms & Conditions

1. The SKINN E-Gift Card (“Gift Card”) can be redeemed only once and must be used in a single transaction. The full amount must be utilized in one go.
2. The Gift Card cannot be reloaded or topped up once the balance is exhausted.
3. It is activated upon payment and remains valid for one (1) year from the activation date.
4. The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or exchanged for cash.
5. It is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be resold or used for unauthorized commercial purposes.
6. No returns or exchanges are allowed once a Gift Card has been purchased.
7. Multiple Gift Cards can be combined for redemption in a single order.
8. The Gift Card can be redeemed at SKINN exclusive brand outlets (EBOs) and online at www.skinn.in. If the total purchase value exceeds the card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another payment method.
9. If an order paid with the Gift Card is canceled, the refunded amount will be credited back to the same Gift Card. Refunds to any other payment method will not be allowed.
10. Refunds will be processed as per the timelines specified under applicable consumer protection laws.
11. Customers are responsible for the safety of their Gift Card. SKINN will not be liable for any lost, stolen, or unauthorized use.
12. SKINN reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or withdraw the Gift Card scheme at its sole discretion without prior notice.
13. In case of suspected fraud or misuse, SKINN reserves the right to deactivate or cancel the Gift Card.

15. The customer agrees to indemnify SKINN, its employees, and representatives against any claims, damages, or legal fees arising from misuse, non-compliance with these terms, or violation of applicable laws.
16. Any disputes related to the Gift Card will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
17. SKINN shall not be liable for delays or non-fulfillment of obligations due to factors beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
18. These terms and conditions constitute the complete agreement between SKINN and the customer regarding the Gift Card and supersede any prior communications or understandings.
