Order Delivery and Shopping

All users have the option to track their orders by clicking on  Track Order. The user has to enter the email address used while placing the order and the order number to track the order. 

Registered users can  Sign In and track their orders from order history section in the account page. 


In the unlikely event that an order gets lost during transit, we wait for 15 days to track your lost order and if we are still unsuccessful, then we process your refund through the payment mode that you had opted for at the time of placing the order.  


Currently we deliver to selected cities within India. Please check if we deliver to your pincode/city by entering your pincode in the product page/shopping/cartcheckout page. If there is no courier service available in your area/city, we apologize for the inconvenience caused. 


Yes, you can order for something to be delivered in India as long as you provide a valid shipping address within India. Also, kindly note that we deliver only to selected cities within India. To check whether we deliver to your desired area/city kindly enter your pincode in the product page/shopping cart page/checkout page.


There are no shipping/ delivery charges within India. For information on shipping charges for international orders please see the Shipping and Handling Charges section under  Shipping Policy section 


The time taken for delivery tends to vary according to the destination; however, we make our best efforts to ensure that the domestic order is delivered within 5-7 working days after you placing the order. For international orders please see the Time to Deliver section under  Shipping Policy section. 

Express delivery 

Express Delivery option available for select pin codes for select cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Chennai and Bangalore) for select products 
Under this option the product will be delivered the next day subject to the condition that the order is placed by 2PM. 
Orders placed after 2 pm for NDD (Express Delivery) pincodes will follow turn around time of 2 working days after order placement. For other pincodes, standard delivery of 5-7 days after placing the order will be followed. 

For international orders, the delivery time will be 15 days after from the day of placing the order. 
Customers are advised to expect the delivery by the date mentioned under the Express delivery option. 


No, we don't deliver any of the orders outside India


No, you can shop as a guest on www.skinn.in if you do not want to register on this website. However, we strongly recommend that you register on  www.skinn.in as it makes your checkout faster, allows you to track your order, save products that interest you to a wishlist (which you may access at a later time) and provides a better shopping experience. You can enter your e-mail address and click on the “forgot password” link in the  login page and we will e-mail you a system generated change password link to your registered email address. However, you should set a new password.

Domestic Orders

Payments can be made through credit cards, debit cards, international cards, net banking or cash on delivery. Please note that payments on www.skinn.in will be accepted only in INR for domestic orders. In case of international credit cards, the transaction amount will be converted to INR before the payment is accepted. Currency conversion charges may apply based on your credit card policy.


We accept Visa | MasterCard | AMEX | Diners | JCB for domestic and international payments.


If you are not comfortable making an online payment on www.skinn.in , you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method instead. With COD you can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.

The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (COD) payment is INR 50,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. E-Gift Vouchers or store credit cannot be used for COD orders. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment. Only Indian Rupees accepted.

Currently Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards and Helmets are not available on COD.

NOTE : COD is not applicable for International Orders. As per the Indian Govt's rule, denominations of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 are deemed to be illegal tenders effective 9th November 2016. Therefore, these currency notes will not be accepted by our delivery personnel for any orders placed via COD as a payment option.


Encircle is Titan’s Unified Loyalty program where the members can enjoy various benefits & experiences and also earn & redeem points with every purchase. The Encircle points are now on-board with NeuPass wherein every time you spend with Titan or other brands on NeuPass, you get to earn NeuCoins. The NeuCoins can now be earned and redeemed across all company brand stores or e-commerce websites across our brands- Tanishq, Mia, Zoya, World of Titan, Fastrack, Helios, Titan Eyeplus, Skinn, Taneira and Caratlane. Membership is voluntary and open to all Indian citizens above 18 years and with a valid Indian mobile number. The Titan Encircle membership is only for individual use and not for corporate purchases. The Titan Encircle membership is non-transferable. Offers/ benefits/ discounts offered to the Encircle member are limited to the respective individual only. These offers are not transferable to other Encircle member/ non-member. Two or more offers cannot be clubbed together. 


- On making a purchase at the above mentioned stores or e-commerce websites, you will be added to Titan Encircle as a Silver tier member. 

- During this process, a membership number will be assigned to you and your unique registered mobile number will be mapped against this membership number. Each mobile number can only be mapped to one Titan Encircle membership. Please note that your name and mobile number are mandatory for this process. OTP verification is a must to enroll. 


1. Titan Encircle offers three tiers of membership - Silver, Gold and Platinum. 

2. Refer to NeuPass FAQs for tier wise NeuCoin earning structure. 

3. To get upgraded from one tier to the next, you would need the following amount of NeuCoins: 

- From Silver to Gold tier : 500 points  

- From Gold to Platinum tier : 3000 NeuCoins  

4. All NeuCoins earned will be updated in your account within 24-48 hours of the transaction at stores. NeuCoins earned on any of the ecommerce websites will be credited to your account after 15 days of the transaction. 

5. The NeuCoins earned are valid for 12 months from the date of last transaction. For example: NeuCoins earned on April 2, 2022 will expire on April 2, 2023 if no other transaction has been made before April 2023. 

6. NeuCoins/tier will be calculated at the end of the day and the new tier will start the next day. 

7. Any transaction made using partial or full redemption of Encircle points or NeuCoins is not eligible for accrual of NeuCoins. 

8. Any discounted products or products on sale are not eligible for the accrual of Neucoins. 


- You can upgrade your tier based on the cumulative NeuCoins that you have earned in a period of 24 months from the date of enrolment or the date of your last upgrade/downgrade only through the purchase at Titan brands i.e. Tanishq, Mia, Zoya, World of Titan, Helios, Sonata, Fastrack, Titan Eye+, Taneira, Skinn & Irth stores or respective brand ecom websites. 

- To retain your tier, you should maintain the threshold NeuCoins for 24 months from the date of tier upgrade. If this criteria is not met, you would be moved down by one tier. Please refer to the ‘Tiers and NeuCoins’ table on NeuPass FAQs for the number of NeuCoins required to maintain each tier. 

- Your tier will be valid for two years from the date of your last upgrade. 


When you return/change goods that you have purchased, the calculation of NeuCoins to be debited will be done according to the rules of your tier when you made the purchase, not on the lowest tier. 


When you join Encircle, you will receive a Gift Voucher via SMS, WhatsApp or email. This can be redeemed at any of the Titan brand stores. 

Steps to Redeem: 

- Step 1: Visit any of our stores to redeem your gift voucher. 

- Step 3: The cashier will apply your Gift Voucher code to the bill and your voucher will be redeemed. 

- Step 2: While billing please provide the cashier with the Gift Voucher code sent to you. 

Please note: 

- Your Welcome Gift Voucher can only be redeemed once in the respective channels. 

- Offers are fixed to their respective channel and the tier that you have enrolled into. 

- Your Welcome Gift Voucher will be valid for six months from your date of enrolment. 


Birthday and Wedding Anniversary Offers: You can get exclusive offers on your birthday or wedding anniversary which can be availed at any of the Titan stores (Tanishq, Mia, Zoya, World of Titan, Fastrack, Helios, Titan Eyeplus, Skinn, Taneira). The offer will be active in your account only for 30 days (15 days before and after the date of your birthday/wedding anniversary). You can avail all offers but will be restricted to only one-time redemption for each brand during the offer period. 

Exclusive Preview:You get to be the first to check out our new products at exclusive product previews, which will be communicated to you two or three days in advance. 

Free Cleaning:You can avail free cleaning services for your jewellery and watches on request. The store will use approved and friendly liquids/cloth while cleaning your jewellery and watches. 

Free Eye Check-up & Eyewear Servicing:You can avail free servicing for your eyewear. You can opt for a reminder for an eye test and contact lens refill every 6 months and we’ll help you mark your calendar. Please note that the eye check-up service is free for Encircle members at all Eyeplus stores. 

Referral Rewards:When you refer someone for the Titan brands & a referee completes the purchase using the referral code; both you and your referee will get some benefits. 

Titan & Partner Brand offers:Being an Encircle esteemed member, you will get some exciting benefits from Titan brands as well as associated partner brands. You may stand a chance to get access to some of the most popular events across multiple cities in India. 


1. Where can I check my transaction summary? 

To check your transaction summary, you may:

2. Visit www.titanencircle.com and log in with your User ID and password 

2. How do I get my User ID and password? 

Your User ID will be your registered mobile number and OTP will be generated for login on www.titanencircle.com 

3. How can I know details regarding my Encircle Points? 

To know more about your Encircle Points, you can log in to the Titan Encircle website and get your transaction history or call Customer Care at 080-45300005 and dial '2' to get your point balance. 

4. How can I update/change my contact details? 

1. Call us at our toll free number 1800-108-4826 or write to us at [email protected] between 10 AM and 10 PM on all days. 

2. Log in to www.titanencircle.com and update your profile details. 

5. What to do when Im not getting the OTP? 

OTP is must for all redemptions irrespective of number of points being redeemed. OTP will be triggered automatically to the encircle registered mobile# when point redemption is initiated, if the OTP is not received within 2 minutes, then customer can follow steps: 

1. Customer will have to call IVR number 080-45300005 from their encircle registered mobile# 

2. Customer will be given options to choose what type of OTP they need 

a. Option (1) will give him redemption OTP 

3. Once customer select (1) then the OTP is passed on to Customer via IVR system 

6.How to deactive/activate my Encircle account? 

Encircle Membership is valid for lifetime, customers do not have the option to deactivate membership. Even If a customer comes back to us after a long gap then also he will be recognized with the same old membership number provided the customer is using the encircle registered mobile number. 

7. Are there any products which are excluded from Titan Encircle program? 

Purchase of gold coins/bars & Gift cards are excluded from Titan Encircle program. 


Returns and Exchanges

Orders once placed can only be cancelled prior to shipment. Refer to  Cancellation Policy


Yes, it is possible to return the unused product and order for a replacement. Please refer to the  Return Policy for details.

Please note that returns/replacements are not applicable for International Orders. Although there are few exceptions. To know further about it kindly refer to the International Order section of  Return Policy


You can call us on 07942569847 and write to  [email protected]  to report the incident and cancel the order. If you want to return the product, please do not use it. We will arrange for the pick-up of the unused wrong item from the provided address through our logistic partner and arrange for the refund. For more details, refer to the  Return Policy  section.

In the unlikely event of the delivered product been damaged, you can return the unused product in its original packaging along with the invoice for a refund. We will arrange for a pickup from the provided address through our logistics partner. Please refer to   Return policy section for details.

You can return the unused product in its original packaging along with the invoice for a refund. We will arrange for a pickup from the provided address through our logistics partner. We shall process the refund only after the receipt of the unused product in its original packaging along with its original tags and invoice, failing which refund may not be possible. We at Titan Company Limited will arrange for the return shipment to be collected and you do not need to make any payment for the courier.

The order can be returned within 7 days from the date you received the product. Please contact the customer care on 07942569847 or email us at  [email protected]  . The contact details of our logistic partner will be shared with you. Please follow the steps mentioned below: 
a) Fill the ‘Return Form’ which you must have received with the product or download the Return Form from  www.skinn.in & fill the details in it. To download the "Return form" kindly  Click Here  
b) Pack your order in its original packaging and mention your name, order number and mobile number.
c) Enclose the original invoice, guaranty/warranty card & other tag, if any.  
d) Please handover the package to our logistic partner.
e) Post inspection, only after we get a go ahead from the QA (quality assurance) team the refund process will be initiated.

Questions on COD

Cash on Delivery is a mode of payment provided by Titan where you can pay in cash upon the receipt of your product. We do not take any advance payment for COD orders.


We do not charge any extra amount for COD(Cash on delivery) service.


All the products featuring on www.skinn.in are available for COD, except gift cards/vouchers and helmets.


Currently, orders of cart value between INR 1000 to INR 10,000 for selected pin-code addresses within India are eligible for COD service.


No, you can place maximum of 3 COD orders in a day


Currently we are serving selected pin codes for COD. Please check if we do COD to your pincode in product page / shopping cart page / checkout page. If there is no courier service available in your area, we do apologize for the inconvenience caused.


In case of COD, the amount can be refunded either through cheque or online transfer as NEFT (National Electronic Fund Transfer). The mode of refund depends on the customer’s choice:

1. If customer provides a cancelled cheque with the returned product then the refund can be made within 7-15 working days & amount will be refunded directly into customer's account through online transfer as NEFT.

2. If customer doesn't provide any cancelled cheque then amount will be refunded through cheque on customer’s name only, which will be sent by courier at the address provided by customer at time of registering/placing the order. It may take up to 30 working days.


Once the order is placed successfully, there will be a confirmation call from our support center for validation of order. If the confirmation call is unanswered we reserve the rights to cancel the order. The order amount should be paid in full at the receipt of the product. The package can be opened only after making the payment. Please note that partial order can’t be delivered.


You need to call the customer care on 1800-266-0123 or email us at [email protected] to cancel your order, but note that the order can be cancelled only before shipping.


Our delivery partners will only accept Indian Rupees. Denominations of Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 which are deemed illegal as on 9th November 2016 will not be accepted.


International Shipping

Yes, we do undertake and fulfill orders for International Destinations.


US | UK | UAE | Australia | Singapore


For all international orders, your cart value should be minimum of $50 and maximum of $10000. This is exclusive of all shipping and handling charges.


Payments are accepted through PayPal Payment gateway either by your PayPal account or by using International credit/debit cards only. Payment will be received only in USD. Please note that cards (credit or debit) issued in India will not be accepted for any international orders.

We would like to inform the following steps needs to be followed before reaching the payment gateway using your internationally issued credit card / debit card.

Our international shipping partner is UPS.


The shipping and handling charges apply for international destinations. For Jewellery we charge $99 and for Watches & Accessories we charge $60. All products/consignments are dispatched on “Delivery Duty Unpaid ” (DDU) basis.


You will receive your order within 2-3 weeks after the confirmation of the order. An email confirmation will be sent to you, once your product is dispatched from our warehouse. Our logistic partner will get in touch with you once your product reaches the destination.


Currently, we do not accept any returns or exchanges of our products in case of international orders.
